Total Assist is currently open and accepting applications for reimbursement for premiums and copays.
Accessia Health and The Assistance Fund are accepting applications. They may currently have wait lists, but if you apply, you will be notified when new spots open up!
The Complex Medical Help (CMH) Program provides assistance to individuals with special health care needs and their families who meet the medical and financial eligibility criteria. Assistance is provided to individuals under the age of 26 who have special health care needs and are residents of the State of Ohio.
It pays for more than just treatment costs. It pays for copay for ER visits, Tests, Amicar/DDVAP, PT, and Comp Visits.
Although the Complex Medical Help (CMH) Program covers a wide range of services, it is important to know CMH does not cover all the services an individual with special health care needs may require, nor are all services available for every diagnosis. Services must be related to the individual’s CMH-eligible condition.
